The villa is perfectly located for easy travel to Disney and the Orlando area attractions, and there are golf courses, equestrian, and other sporting facilities in easy traveling distance. The large shopping malls and popular outlets are close by and are perfect for the serious shopper. Chatham Park can be reached easily from Orlando International airport (20 miles), Sanford airport (40 miles), and Tampa airport (about 70 mins drive). During your stay a local management company will help with any queries you may have concerning the villa or the local area. RENTAL RATES Rates stated are for 7 nights and currently include all taxes. For US$ rates, multiply the GBP rates by 1.8. For other periods, divide the appropriate rate by 7 and multiply by the number of nights. Rates may be discounted for periods of 14 nights or greater, or for late availability deals. Periods of 4 nights or less have a cleaning charge of £35 ($70) added.
